Introduction

Aluminum Panel & Honeycomb Panel Curtain Wall Systems

These systems use lightweight, high-strength metal panels to create flat, visually consistent façades for commercial buildings, transportation hubs and large-scale projects. We fabricate the panels at our own plant from 2.0–4.0 mm solid aluminum sheet or 10–25 mm honeycomb composite, finish them with PVDF, and supply them with panel layout and shop drawings. To discuss your project, contact us and our team will help.

Aluminum Panel Specifications at a Glance

Wind load is designed per project from the panel size, thickness and fixing layout; panels are available for design pressures up to 5.0 kPa, and lead time starts after drawings and color sample are approved.

Solid panels use AA3003-H24, with AA1100 and AA5005 available; thickness follows wind-load calculation and panel size. Honeycomb panels use 3003 or 5052 face sheets for large flat façades. Panels are finished with multi-layer PVDF coating (Kynar 500) to AAMA 2605, resisting fading, chalking, UV and chemical erosion.

Advantages

Benefits of Aluminum Panel & Honeycomb Curtain Wall Systems

Lightweight with High Stability
Reduces building load while keeping strong performance for large façades and high-rises.
Excellent Surface Flatness
Honeycomb cores keep large panels flat, and aluminum resists weather and corrosion.
Flexible Design and Finishing
Customizable color, texture, perforation and shape.
Efficient Installation
Prefabricated panels speed up installation, and durable coatings lower upkeep.
Adaptable to Complex Geometry
Can be engineered for flat, curved and multi-angle surfaces.

Gulf Proyectos: Standards, Codes and Overseas Experience

Facade packages in Saudi Arabia and the UAE are approved by consultants and authorities against specific standards. Before we quote, we match the system to your project's design basis, then issue calculations, test evidence and shop drawings in the format your consultant expects.

FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about materials, applications, customization and performance of aluminum panel curtain wall systems.

Difference between solid aluminum panels and honeycomb panels
Solid panels are denser and suit standard uses, while honeycomb panels are lighter and flatter, which makes them better for large surfaces.
Where aluminum panel curtain wall systems are commonly used
Comercial buildings, airports, stations, office complexes and public infrastructure are the settings where these systems are most often installed.
Can aluminum panels be customized?
Yes, they can be customized in size, shape, color, finish and perforation pattern to suit the project.
Are honeycomb panels suitable for large façades?
Yes. Their light weight and rigidity make them well suited to large-scale façade work.
How durable are aluminum panel curtain walls?
With coatings such as PVDF, they resist corrosion and weathering well over time.
Do you support project-based customization?
Yes, including system design, panel customization and project coordination.
Which alloy and thickness should I choose?
AA3003-H24 is a common choice for solid panels. Thickness is set by wind-load calculation and panel size, from 2.5 to 4.0 mm for solid panels and 10 to 25 mm for honeycomb panels.
What is the fire performance of your aluminum panels?
Solid aluminum is non-combustible. We state the classification of the exact panel build-up in the project submittal; ask for the fire classification report with your quote.
Do you support Saudi and UAE project requirements?
We design to the standards listed above and prepare calculations, test evidence and shop drawings for your consultant. Approval is given by the local authority for each project. For questions about your own project, contact our team and we will walk you through the requirements.
