Curtain wall anchors, curtain wall brackets, and curtain wall sealants are the three component families that decide whether a facade stays watertight and plumb over its service life; the categories below cover each, plus the tie-rod hardware used on point-supported glass.
Anchors, embedded plates, brackets, gaskets, and sealants transfer load into the building structure and keep every joint weathertight. Supplying all of it from one manufacturer removes the coordination risk of matching tolerances and finishes across separate vendors mid-project. Production runs on 20 years of curtain wall manufacturing experience and 179+ patents and certifications.
Anchors and embedded plates carry wind, dead, and live loads from the curtain wall frame into concrete or steel — the connection points a structural engineer checks first on any facade drawing set.
| Component | Material | Spec | Fixing Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Curtain Wall Embedded Anchor Plate | Steel | Set into structural slab before pour | Cast-in |
| Unitized Curtain Wall Channel-Type Embedded Anchor | Steel | Channel profile for unitized panels | Cast-in |
| Expansion Anchor Bolt | Galvanized steel | M10 × 100, sold per set | Post-installed, mechanical expansion |
| Inverted Cone Chemical Anchor Bolt with Capsule Nut | Galvanized steel | M12 × 160, sold per set | Post-installed, chemical/resin |
| Stainless Steel Mechanical Undercut Anchor Bolt | Stainless steel | Rear-bolt fastening | Post-installed, undercut |
| 304 Stainless Steel Double Hook Anchor | 304 stainless steel | L70 / L80 / L90, 4 mm thick, Ø7 hole | Stone cladding fixing |

Side brackets, center brackets, and connector clips hold mullions and transoms in position during installation and give the crew room to correct for structural variance without redrilling anchor points.
| Component | Material | Spec | Function |
|---|---|---|---|
| Curtain Wall Slotted Steel Connector Bracket | Steel | Slotted body, adjustable | On-site alignment, load transfer |
| Stainless Steel Cantilever Bracket | Stainless steel | L70 / L80 / L90, 4 mm thick, Ø7 hole | Fixed-position load transfer |
| Curtain Wall L-Shaped Connecting Bracket | Steel | Angle bracket | Framing and facade anchoring |
| Curtain Wall Double-Plate Connecting Bracket | Steel | Twin-plate design | Mullion support |
| Curtain Wall Mullion Connection Sleeve | Steel | Internal sleeve | Vertical mullion splicing |
A slotted connector bracket gives an installer room to correct for as-built variance on site, but the slot itself reduces stiffness compared with a fixed-hole bracket like the cantilever type. Spec a slotted bracket where structural tolerance is uncertain, and a fixed-hole bracket once the connection point is confirmed.
Sealants, gaskets, and backer strips separate the glazing pocket from the building interior and isolate dissimilar metals from corrosion at column and connector junctions.
| Component | Material | Spec | Application |
|---|---|---|---|
| Structural Adhesive | Silicone | High-strength, structural grade | Structural glazing, weather sealing |
| Soft Rubber Gasket | Rubber | 2 mm thick | Corrosion isolation, column & connector |
| Soft Rubber Pad | Rubber | 3 / 5 / 10 mm thick | Glass pressure plate |
| PE Foam Backer Strip | PE foam | Ø8 / Ø20, 280 m length | Joint backing before sealant |
| Round Rubber Plug Cap | Rubber | 8 mm diameter | Window frame installation |
| Hard Rubber Pad | Rubber | 8 × 5 × 5 mm | Stone installation |

Structural silicone bonds glass directly to the frame and carries load once fully cured, but it needs that cure time before the connection is load-bearing. A mechanical pressure plate with a rubber pad clamps glass immediately and carries load from the moment of installation, at the cost of a visible frame line at the glass edge.
Point-fixed and frameless glazing designs route load through tie-rods and anchor clamps instead of a continuous frame, giving unobstructed sightlines but concentrating stress at each fixing point rather than distributing it along the full perimeter the way a framed system does. The Structural Glass Curtain Wall Tie Rod Connector System is engineered specifically for this connection type.

Custom mullion, transom, and connection hardware are validated with BIM and FEA simulation before extrusion — modeling wind load, thermal stress, and seismic movement against the specific building geometry rather than relying on generic charts.
That validation step checks anchor and bracket layouts against the structural calculation before manufacturing, rather than adjusting them on site afterward.
Anchor, bracket, and sealant hardware supports commercial and mixed-use towers, hotel and resort facades, and residential developments. The connection hardware changes with structural loads and finish requirements, not with building type.
Sample pieces, packaging units, and lead times are confirmed per component and order quantity at quote stage — accessory orders range from single sets for tie-rod hardware to bulk anchor and bracket volumes for full-floor installations.
