Introduction

Precision-Engineered Modular Living

The APEX Standard Flat-Pack Container House is a high-performance modular unit featuring a galvanized steel frame and integrated drainage system. Designed for easy assembly and disassembly, it provides a robust structural solution for temporary or permanent space requirements.

Benefits

Why Choose Our Flat-Pack Container House

  • Optimized Logistics and Shipping Efficiency

Units are shipped in collapsed bundles, allowing up to four units to be transported in the space of a single standard shipping container, significantly reducing freight costs.

  • Rapid On-Site Assembly and Deployment

A crew of three experienced workers can complete the structural assembly of one unit in under three hours using standard lifting equipment and hand tools.

  • Superior Insulation and Weather Resistance

Equipped with high-density Rockwool or PU sandwich panels, these units offer excellent thermal regulation and fire resistance suitable for diverse climates.

  • Flexible Modular Expansion Capabilities

The standardized design allows for horizontal linking and vertical stacking up to three levels, enabling the creation of larger open-plan offices or multi-room complexes.

Standard

Customization and Material Standards

Our flat-pack units are constructed using Q235B galvanized steel frames with a powder-coated finish for maximum corrosion resistance. Standard walling consists of 50mm to 100mm sandwich panels with options for EPS, Rockwool, or Polyurethane cores depending on regional thermal requirements.

Interiors can be customized with various flooring options including PVC, MGO board, or fiber cement. Electrical and plumbing systems are pre-integrated into the ceiling and floor frames to meet international CE, AS/NZS, and UL standards upon request.

FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions

Technical and logistical information regarding the procurement and installation of our flat-pack modular systems.

What kind of foundation is required for installation?
A simple concrete pier or strip foundation is sufficient. The unit must be level to ensure proper drainage and door alignment.
Can these units be stacked for multi-story use?
Yes, our standard structural frame supports stacking up to three stories high without additional external reinforcement.
How is the drainage system managed?
The roof frame features an integrated gutter system that directs water through internal downspouts located within the four corner columns.
Are the electrical systems pre-installed?
The ceiling panels come with pre-wired electrical conduits. Final connections and wall outlets are completed during on-site assembly.
What is the expected lifespan of the unit?
With regular maintenance, the galvanized steel structure has a design life of over 20 years in standard environmental conditions.
