The Flat Aluminum Honeycomb Ceiling Panel utilizes a sandwich structure, bonding high-strength aluminum skins to a hexagonal honeycomb core. This design achieves exceptional surface flatness even in extra-large panel dimensions, eliminating the 'oil-canning' effect common in standard metal ceilings.
The honeycomb core provides high rigidity-to-weight ratios, allowing for panels up to 1500mm x 5000mm without sagging or deformation.
Significantly lighter than solid aluminum or steel, reducing the dead load on the building's suspension system and simplifying installation.
The air pockets within the hexagonal cells act as a natural barrier, improving sound dampening and thermal regulation within interior spaces.
Constructed from premium alloy with PVDF or powder coatings, these panels resist moisture, oxidation, and impact in high-traffic environments.
Our honeycomb panels are available in a variety of edge treatments, including open-cell, folded-edge, and concealed-frame systems to suit specific architectural aesthetics and accessibility requirements.
Surface finishes include high-performance PVDF, polyester (PE) coatings, and wood-grain heat transfers. Perforation patterns can also be integrated for enhanced acoustic performance with the addition of non-woven sound-absorbing tissues.
