Our modelling aluminum panels are fabricated using high-strength AA3003 H24 alloy, specifically designed to achieve complex curves, angles, and 3D shapes that standard flat panels cannot accommodate. These systems integrate seamlessly with modern curtain wall structures, providing architects with unlimited creative freedom without compromising structural integrity.
Utilizing H24 state aluminum with an elongation rate of ≥5%, these panels allow for precise bending and contouring while maintaining a high tensile strength of up to 180 MPa.
The PVDF fluorocarbon coating meets AAMA 2605 standards, showing only 5% maximum corrosion loss after 10 years of high-exposure testing in extreme environments.
With a melting point of 680°C and an expansion coefficient of 21 (-108) °C, these panels remain dimensionally stable under significant temperature fluctuations.
Designed for integration with aluminum alloy columns and galvanized steel supports, the system features pre-engineered nodes for secure, efficient site assembly.
Our panels are manufactured to strict chemical composition standards, ensuring a precise balance of Manganese (1.0-1.6%) and Iron (≤0.7%) for optimal durability and surface finish quality. We offer a wide range of gloss levels from low (min 19) to high (min 80) based on ASTM D523 measurements.
Available in various thicknesses and custom dimensions, the panels can be finished in a spectrum of colors with a chromatic aberration of ΔE ≤ 3. All units are tested for impact resistance, mortar resistance, and acid resistance to ensure long-term aesthetic performance in urban environments.
