The APEX Square Panel Ceiling system is a versatile interior solution fabricated from high-strength AA3003 H24 aluminum alloy. Designed for seamless integration, these panels offer exceptional flatness and durability, featuring advanced fluorocarbon coatings that meet rigorous AAMA 2605 standards for chemical and weather resistance.
Utilizing AAMA 2605 fluorocarbon coatings, our panels resist salt spray, humidity, and acid, maintaining a 5% maximum corrosion loss over 10 years.
Available in both 'Clip-in' concealed carrier systems for a monolithic look and 'Lay-in' exposed T-grid systems for easy plenum access.
Optional micro-perforation patterns combined with acoustic fleece backing significantly reduce noise reverberation in high-traffic environments.
The H24 state aluminum provides a tensile strength of up to 180 MPa, ensuring panels remain rigid and flat across large spans without sagging.
The system is available in three standard sightline widths — 50mm, 65mm, and 85mm — to suit different structural spans and glazing weights. Custom profiles are available for projects requiring non-standard geometries or enhanced performance targets.
All extrusions are manufactured at our 150,000 m² facility and can be finished in any RAL color via PVDF powder coating or fluorocarbon liquid paint, or with Type II / Type III anodizing.
