Our punched aluminum panels are manufactured using advanced CNC stamping equipment to create intricate patterns and functional apertures. Utilizing high-quality AA3003 H24 alloy, these panels relieve the visual weight of solid walls while providing essential ventilation and acoustic dampening for modern architectural envelopes.
Finished with AAMA 2605 compliant fluorocarbon coatings, our panels withstand 10 years of high-exposure salt spray and UV testing with minimal color deviation.
The perforated design naturally diffuses sound waves and allows for passive airflow, reducing heat buildup behind the facade and improving building energy efficiency.
From standard circular holes to complex geometric gradients, our CNC punching process allows architects to create unique light-and-shadow effects on any building scale.
With a specific gravity of 2.73g/m³, these panels provide high tensile strength (up to 180 MPa) without adding excessive dead load to the primary structure.
Panels are available in a wide range of perforation ratios, typically ranging from 10% to 50% open area, depending on the hole diameter and pitch requirements. We offer standard round, square, and slotted patterns, as well as bespoke CNC-mapped image perforations for signature projects.
Surface treatments include high-performance PVDF (Fluorocarbon) coatings that meet rigorous physical and chemical property tests, including 100/100 adhesion ratings and resistance to nitric acid and mortar. Standard thicknesses range from 1.5mm to 4.0mm to suit different wind load and span requirements.
